Some basics about my new home...

A modern, intelligent house that fulfills the most basic necessities of life—eating, sleeping, bathing and relaxing. No embellishments, but plenty of view. The house is situated on a gently undulating land, surrounded by evergreens, but with views of the ocean.

A winding road leads to the residence.

The house should be eco-friendly and require little or no maintenance —landscape is planted with wild flowers.

Una casa moderna e inteligente que cumple con las necesidades más básicas de vida—comer, dormir, bañarse y relajarse. No hay muchos adornos, pero mucha luz y vistas. La casa está situada en un terreno suavemente ondulado, rodeado de árboles, pero con vista al mar. 



Un sinuoso camino conduce a la residencia.

La casa debe ser ecológica y que requiera poco o un mínimo de mantención—el paisaje está lleno de flores silvestres.

I've been looking at the Jeriko House for some time now... I like their stuff.
